A commercial vehicle may be stored overnight if it weighs less than 10,000 pounds and has no signs affixed to it.

Yes a boat may be stored in the front yard as long as it is on a paved surface.

3. How many unregistered vehicles can be stored on residential property?

One unregistered motor vehicle shall be stored on a residential lot and, unless enclosed in a building, the unregistered vehicle must be covered at all times with an automobile cover that shall be kept in good repair and/or the unregistered vehicle shall be screened from view of adjacent properties and the abutting streets through the use of shrubbery and/or fencing in accordance with the Town Code.

Monday through Friday 7:00 am until 6:00 pm.

5. What are the permitted hours for landscapers?

Landscapers are allowed to operate 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.

6. What are the permitted hours for commercial garbage trucks?

There are no hourly restrictions for commercial garbage trucks.

7. Are accessory apartments legal?

In most cases only legal accessory apartments must have a valid mother/daughter permit obtained from the Building Department, and the permit must be renewed every three years.
