[ARCHIVED] BID: 18-013 HVAC Maintenance & Repair

Specifications may be obtained at the Town Clerk Office, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown Bids will be accepted at the Town Clerk Office on or before 11:00 am February 15, 2018.

The successful contractor shall be responsible for performing annual service, maintenance and repairs as directed via Town of Smithtown purchase order.  All work performed under this agreement shall be on a time and materials basis.  The Director of Parks reserves the right to inspect all work prior to authorizing payment.
