NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, State of New York met at the Town of Smithtown, Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, Victor T. Liss Board Room, 99 West Main St., Smithtown, NY on the25th day of January, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., time then in effect, and duly amended the Zoning Ordinance/Map of the Town of Smithtown for Zoning Petition #2017-03 by Dynamic Sports Management for a special exception for a commercial public recreation facility. Property located on the north side of Mall Drive, 345.35' south of Modular Ave., Commack, Zoning District.: LI (Light Industrial). SCTM#: 180-1-8, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being at Commack, Town of Smithtown, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Mall Drive, distant 345.35 feet Southerly from Modular Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the Westerly side of Mall Drive, South 20 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 295.08 feet;
THENCE north 69 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 413.88 feet;
THENCE North 18 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 295.27 feet;
THENCE South 69 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 424.57 feet to the Westerly side of Mall Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING
