PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, State of New York will meet on May 9, 2017, at Town of Smithtown Town Hall, Patrick R. Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York to consider the Town’s entry onto certain real property located at 58 Wyandanch Boulevard, Commack, Town of Smithtown, New York 11725, for the purpose of removing the accumulation of assorted rubbish, garbage and debris as well as overgrown vegetation and large piles of leaves from the site, all in violation of Town Code Chapter 221.
AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME AND PLACE, a public hearing will be held and all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
