NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County,
State of New York will meet on April 5, 2016, at Town of Smithtown Town Hall, Patrick R.
Vecchio Building, 99 West Main Street, Smithtown, New York to consider the Town’s entry
onto certain real property located at 19 Walter Drive, Nesconset, Town of Smithtown, County of
Suffolk, New York 11767 (SCTM# 0800-170.000-0002-013.000), reputedly owned by Jeanne
Verity, for the purpose of remediating and/or removing the structure/s thereat which have been
designated as unsafe in accordance with the unsafe buildings standard as set forth in Chapter
112-25A of the Smithtown Town Code, as per the recommendation of the Director of the
Building Department and the Town Attorney.
AT THE AFOREMENTIONED TIME AND PLACE, a public hearing will be held and all
interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
