NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, State of New York will meet at the Eugene A. Cannataro Senior Citizen Center, 420 Middle Country Road, Smithtown, NY on the 20th day of September, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., to consider Special Exception Petition #2018-03 as submitted by Site Tech Wireless LLC, Verizon Wireless & T Mobile Northeast LLC for a Tier III Telecommunications Facility located at Callahan's Beach, Fort Salonga - SCTM#: 0800-1-4-11,and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Fort Salonga, Town of Smithtown, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point being the following (3) courses and distances from the northeasterly corner of map no: 1449("Map of Beverly Beach")
Running thence south 23 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds west 600.00 feet;
Running thence south 66 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds east 780.98 feet;

to the point or place of beginning.
