  5. Smithtown Chamber 5K Running of the Bull

    The Annual Smithtown Running of the Bull takes place in beautiful Historic Smithtown along forested protected park land. The run is almost completely tree covered providing a shaded run the whole way. The course has only one left turn and long straightaways that are great beginners and avid runners. The cool fair weather provides the perfect atmosphere for accomplishing a personnel best. Located in the middle of Long Islands north shore it is easy to get to. This race never disappoints with great food from the local businesses after the race. Not just bagels! Bring the family and plan on walking around town to the many restaurants or a visit to Smithtown?s Winery afterwards!
